Support for Small Businesses
At USPAT, we strongly believe that every young person deserves an opportunity to build a better future through knowledge, hard work, and self-reliance.
Across many communities, thousands of young people continue to face unemployment, poverty, frustration, and a lack of opportunities.
Because of these challenges, many youths become vulnerable to negative influences such as drug abuse, criminal activities, violence, and hopelessness.
USPAT was created with a mission to bring transformation and hope to young people by equipping them with practical business knowledge, entrepreneurship skills, and mentorship that can help them become independent and productive members of society.
Our organization works tirelessly to provide youth with business training programs that empower them to discover their talents, develop confidence, and learn how to create sustainable sources of income. We understand that education alone is not enough if young people are left without practical support.
That is why, after completing the training, USPAT also provides small startup support to selected participants so they can begin their own small businesses and start generating income for themselves and their families.
Through this initiative, many young people have already started small businesses such as retail shops, tailoring, farming activities, beauty services, food vending, digital services, and other income-generating projects.
These opportunities are helping them to become self-dependent and responsible citizens within their communities.
One of the greatest impacts of this program is the reduction of youth involvement in drug abuse and dangerous groups.
When young people remain idle without hope or direction, they can easily be influenced by drugs, substance abuse, and destructive peer pressure.
